It’s not a whole wash; the chase scene in Malta is fun and there's a floor-degree satisfaction in observing the initial Jurassic trio of Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler and Ian Malcolm together in a similar place once more, but overall, it’s just not a terrific movie.
